As a studio apartment, the bedroom, lounge, dining room & kitchen are open plan with a separate bathroom. Total area = (35m2). It's bright and fresh with large mirrors and plenty of hooks. It has a really comfy queen size bed with a double control electric blanket, large and smaller pillows with plenty of warm blankets & duvets. We have a wall-mounted TV at the end of the bed which along with the standard channels, has Sky (including Sky Sports), and all freely available. There is a 2 person dining table & chairs along with 2 lounge chairs and coffee table. The kitchen is a compact galley style which includes; a double hob top, microwave, bench high fridge, electric jug, & toaster along with plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. We also provide some complementary quality coffee, tea sugar along with an assortment of basic breakfast condiments. We provide a Fire Extinguisher in the kitchen & First Aid Kit in the Bathroom. The bathroom is fresh, clean & modern, with shower and large mirror. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and hair dryer. A washing machine/dryer is located in the bathroom cupboard along with washing powder, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack.

The Wellington City Council has approved this building as an earthquake safe structure and meets all fire compliance codes It has excellent Fire and Earthquake emergency detectors, alarms & exits and the alarms are fully monitored

Hi there fellow travelers

We are both self employed - Stephen is a Construction Project Consultant, born and bred in Wellington, the coolest little capital in the world (or we thinks so anyway!!) . Amanda is a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist & a proud nana, straying from the sunny Hibiscus Coast of Auckland.

We enjoy sun, sea, sports, outdoor activity, travelling and try to sneak off as often as possible to explore new locations. We love a great travel accommodation experience and always try to provide the same :)
