Your studio apartment is bright & fresh with great sea and city views. Open plan includes the bedroom, lounge, dining room & kitchen. Your bathroom is separate but within the same space. Total area (35m2).

Large mirrors & plenty of hooks. Yay for hooks!

A really comfy queen bed with double control electric blanket Large & small pillows, plenty of warm blankets & duvets.

Wall-mounted TV at the end of the bed, along with the standard channels has Sky & Sky Sports, all freely available.

Two person dining table & chairs along with two lounge chairs & coffee table.

Compact galley style kitchen with double hob top, microwave, bench high fridge, jug & toaster, plenty of pots, pans, crockery & cutlery

We provide complimentary coffee, tea, herbal teas, sugar, milk, salt & pepper.

The bathroom is fresh, clean & modern with shower, toilet & large mirror. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash & hair dryer.

Washing machine/dryer, laundry powder, iron & board, drying rack.

We are both self employed - Stephen is a Construction Project Consultant, born & bred in Wellington, the coolest little capital in the world (or we think so anyway!!) Amanda is a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist & a proud Nana, originally from the sunny Hibiscus Coast of Auckland.
